VELVEETA® Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. water
3 c. medium egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-in. cubes
1 can (10-3/ oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

2. Stir in water; bring to boil. Stir in noodles; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until noodles are tender.

3. Add VELVEETA®, soup and pepper; cook 5 min. or until VELVEETA® is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
