1 lb. ground beef |
2-3/4 c. water |
1/3 c. ketchup |
1 tsp. onion powder |
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked |
1/2 lb. (8-oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-in. cubes |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
2. Add water, ketchup and onion powder; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender.
3. Stir in VELVEETA®; cook until melted, stirring occasionally.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a cooked crisp green vegetable, such as broccoli.
Substitute: Substitute rotini for the elbow macaroni.
